• Inclusivity and Respect: All attendees are expected to foster an inclusive environment. Discriminatory, offensive, or stigmatizing behavior will not be tolerated. Treat everyone with respect and kindness.

• Appropriate Conduct: Please use appropriate language and behavior at all times. Any form of harassment, bullying, or aggression will result in immediate removal from the event.

• Supportive Interactions: Engage in non-judgmental and supportive interactions. Respect others' boundaries and personal space.

No Outside Unapproved Marketing

• Prohibition of Unauthorized Marketing: Attendees are not permitted to distribute flyers, business cards, or any other marketing materials, or wear or display or film or acquire any promotional or marketing materials without prior approval from event organizers.

• Subject to Sponsorship Fees: Any individual or organization wishing to promote their brand or services at the festival must do so through official sponsorship channels and are subject to sponsorship fees.

Weather-Related Safety

• Weather Preparedness: The Mental Health Fun Fest will proceed rain or shine. Please check the weather forecast and come prepared for various weather conditions.

• Emergency Protocols: In the event of severe weather, follow the instructions provided by event staff and security personnel for your safety.

Food-Related Safety

• Food Vendor Standards: All food vendors at the festival adhere to health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of our attendees.

• Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please communicate with food vendors to ensure your needs are met.

Security

• Security Measures: Professional security personnel will be present throughout the event to ensure the safety and security of all attendees.

• Incident Reporting: If you witness or experience any safety concerns or inappropriate behavior, report it immediately to event staff or security.

• Respect Privacy: When posting photos or videos, respect the privacy of others. Do not share images or recordings of individuals without their consent.

• Privacy and Confidentiality: We prioritize the confidentiality of all attendees, especially concerning mental health discussions and activities. Personal information shared during the event will be treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.

• Safe Space: The Mental Health Fun Fest is a safe space for discussing and addressing mental health issues. Attendees are encouraged to share their experiences without fear of judgment or breach of confidentiality. We do the best that we can for as many as we can. We are ever evolving. We know we cannot please everyone, but we strive to do our best in the lanes we live in as much as we reasonably can. We ask for grace and understanding in the growth, respectful accountability (email our leadership if you desire to grow with us or hold us accountable!) and offer the same as we build the mentally well world we want to live in.

• Support Resources: Professional mental health support resources will be available at the event. These interactions are confidential, and no personal information will be shared without consent. While we work to screen and provide the highest quality talent and resources, we are not responsible for their views, opinions or affiliations. We invite the public to do their research and only engage with resources that they deem appropriate.
