Mental Health Fun Fest Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Mental Health Fun Fest! By attending our event, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants.

1. Safety at the Event

  • Your safety is our priority. Security personnel will be present throughout the event to assist with any issues.

  • In case of emergency, follow the instructions of event staff and security.

  • Please follow all applicable laws

  • When possible please use common procedures and common sense and safety behaviors not to supersede law or event requests.

2. Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected on our website or at the event will be kept confidential and used only for event-related purposes.

  • Please respect the privacy of other attendees and refrain from sharing personal details without consent.

3. Indemnity

  • By participating in the Mental Health Fun Fest, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, staff, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation.

4. Voluntary Participation

  • Attendance at the Mental Health Fun Fest is entirely voluntary. You participate at your own discretion and risk.

5. Non-refundable Sales

  • All ticket sales and merchandise purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any items sold.

  • The event is rain or shine. Please check your local weather patterns and plan for the appropriate and necessary items to ensure your comfort and safety no matter what the weather.

6. Appropriate Speech and Clothing/Merchandise

  • We promote an inclusive and respectful environment. Attendees are expected to use appropriate language and wear suitable clothing.

  • Offensive or discriminatory speech and attire are not permitted and may result in removal from the event.

  • This event is not intentionally political in nature. This event seeks to further the mental health and wellness of our participants and community. While we stand for, with, and in support of many causes our 501c3 exists solely to intentionally and skillfully share and promote trauma aligned mental health and wellness. Anything not aligned with this goal is subject to removal or other intervention to align the event and it’s participants with our goal. (Should you desire the MHFF or it’s brands to be a part of a cause, please contact us and share your proposal. Our team will be happy to consider but cannot guarantee resourcing).

7. Non-stigmatizing and Non-judgmental Participation

  • The Mental Health Fun Fest is a judgment-free zone. We encourage non-stigmatizing and supportive interactions among all participants.

  • Any form of discrimination or stigmatizing behavior will not be tolerated.

8. Assuming Liability by Voluntary Participation

  • By attending the event, you assume all liability for any personal injury or loss that may occur. The event organizers are not responsible for personal belongings or any incidents that arise.

9. Positivity and Event Culture

  • We invite you to join us in fostering a positive and uplifting event culture. Your enthusiasm and support contribute to the success of the Mental Health Fun Fest.

  • By attending the Mental Health Fun Fest, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and otherwise recorded. These media captures are the property of the event organizers.

  • The Mental Health Fun Fest reserves the right to use any photographs, video recordings, or likenesses of attendees for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
